Veggie Oats

Oats is a great source of minerals and vitamins, anti-oxidants and fibre; which provide you energy for the entire day. Those have several health benefits and starting the day healthily is the best choice. It is easy to cook whether in plain form or with vegetables. You can buy a packet of oats from the market for regular in-take. It requires water in the pan in which the ground or chopped vegetables like tomatoes, chilis, onions, potato, coriander and others are mixed and boiled up. After that you can mix the oats and salt in the same and let it boil till it becomes a bit thick. Once it is ready, you have it, any fruit juice along with the same is a healthy combination.

Brown Bread Veg Sandwich

Brown bread is healthier and has lesser calories in comparison to white bread. Therefore, eating the same in the breakfast is recommended. You can chop some slices of tomatoes, cucumber, sugar beets, chili, onion and cheese and heat them up in a pan for 10 seconds. Then, you can add minimal butter on the brown bread and place the sliced veggies between those. Now, you can grill the stuff to make. Your veg sandwich is ready and you can enjoy it. A cup of milk or tea in combination makes this breakfast yummier.

Egg and Bread

Just like a veg sandwich, egg sandwich is easy to make and less time-taking. You can stir one egg or two eggs in a small bowl with salt, chopped onion, chopped chili and coriander to it. Meanwhile, you can put oil equal to one or two small spoons and then keep two brown or white bread it for baking slightly. After mixing egg, salt and chopped veggies thoroughly together, you can spread it over the two bread in the pan. After one minute, you can turn the entire stuff together to the other side and now. In another one, minute, it would be ready for eating. This can also be prepared by baking two bread, and preparing an omelette separately, and then stuffing the omelette between the two bread. People who avoid calorie intake in the morning can separate the egg white from egg yolk and including only the egg white in the preparation.

Gram Flour (Besan) Chilla

Having gram flour chilla sometimes during breakfast is a healthy and easy idea. You can take some gram flour and mix some minutely chopped chilis, tomatoes and onions in it. Then add some salt according to taste, turmeric and water. Now, you can stir it to make it a mixture thick enough to be held in a spoon and also not so thin layered. Now, you should heat up a flat-surfaced frying pan and spread one or two small spoons of cooking oil on it. Now, it is the time to spread a layer of mixture on the oily surface. After half minutes, it becomes easy to be spread to the other side. In another half or one minute, your chilla is ready. You can make many chillas from the entire mixture. While having it, a glass of fruit juice would add to the nutrition.

Vegetable Poha

This dish is made with the help of rice scrap. You should start by making all the material ready for it. Heat up the pan and pour minimal cooking oil, say one or two spoonful in it. Then add some mustard seeds in the heated oil; in a few seconds, add some groundnut seeds in it and stir. Wetten rice scrap in a bowl and in a minute, filter it out. Then put it in the pan and mix with the mustard and groundnut seeds. Add some salt and a pinch of turmeric in the heated mixture. Now, stir it again and let it heat for two minutes and then turn off the stove. Chop minutely an onion, tomato, chili and coriander and spread it over the mixture in the pan. Your poha is ready to be served now!
